A complement to Ecce Romani, where

textbook. The Catullus resources in the Estate of Q. V. Passer are simply
intended to expose beginning students to the diversity of classical literature.
The vocabulary and grammar is consistent with Ecce Romani (ca. Chapter
18).

Resources: a collection of texts (Latin and English) of Roman legal sources (particularly Gaius and Justinian). These texts are accessed by clicking on a topic listed in a table of legal subjects.
Uses of Site: a source of primary source material not easily available otherwise to undergraduate students. The split frames allow the viewer to compare side by side the texts of two authors or the Latin and English of the same author.

Uses of Site: This is a fun place to teach visitors to VRoma about the nature of objects--how to pick them up, drop them, hand them to others, and use them in various ways. Since the images are authentic, the site also conveys a flavor of the ancient thermopolia, not to mention the ancient latrines.
