Yes and no

* "I had three specific skill goals coming here:

  1. to become proficient in constructing within the MOO--was taken care of extremely well
  2. to become proficient in cognate skills--was partly fulfilled (we tried to fit so much in that only some of it stuck, and learning in a group is a bit tough)
  3. to become proficient in HTML--was partly fulfilled (I can now function in very basic HTML and understand how to progress)."

* "A difficulty was the wide range in levels of ability with technology. At times it was good to be working one-on-one with people of different levels, but it was also frustrating in large group work. The seminar was, however, a fantastic success in generating enthusiasm for teaching with different technologies and guidance in planning for the coming year."

* "The workshop met most of my expectations. I was hoping to learn more about VRML, however."

* "My goal was really to 'see what's out there' in the area of teaching the Classics with technology, and to equip myself with the means to apply appropriate aspects of that technology to my own needs and those of my students. In that respect, I think the workshop has amply met my expectations. I would have liked to believe that I would emerge able to dash off web pages like postcards, but there is only so much one can do in a limited amount of time."

* "Yes, in that I learned much about the technology--one of my real aims. Also, the MOO turns out to be more useful than at first I thought. No, in that my 'project' (Dasher exercises for Oxford Latin) still isn't underway. Perhaps when I applied some resolution should have been made beforehand."
